Very nice work.

Astonishing work.

Amazing artwork.

Wonderful work Diana.

Just brilliant and beautifully done.

More fab glassware, Diana - and love that deep red.

Wonderful work on the reflections and lights and darks Diana. Amazing how such beautiful art can emerge from such simple objects.

Absolutely stunning Diana. The addition of the rich Ruby colour of the sloe gin is gorgeous.

Beautiful work on the glasses Diana. A super painting.

The depth of colour you've achieved is wonderful - as is your handling of the light and the reflections.

Stunning Diana; I am in awe!

There are some lovely reflections in the bottle and glasses. I really like that deep reddy/brown at the side of the bottle and base of the glasses.

This is so clever Diana.

So skilful and beautiful, Diana!

Great colours added Diana. Good that you’re creating such superb works so quickly

Gob smackingly good Diana!

I always admire your depiction of glassware.

Love the deep red against the crystal clear glasses Diane, fabulous.

Fabulous Diana- especially the reflections and shadows.

Magnificent doesn't adequately describe your skill in portraying glass Diana, absolutely brilliant.

Incredible work, such clarity and glint and sparkle.

Beautiful… you’re the queen of painting glass.

Really super watercolour Diana

Brilliant work

Thank you Heather . I hadn’t intended to leave the bottle so simply painted but liked it like this Thanks Bill. Much appreciated. I really appreciate your comment Russ .Thank you Thank you Christine. I went back to work on variation of the mid tones which had lifted it. That’s very generous of you Lewis. The shadows were by far the most challenging Thank you Stephen. I’m hoping to add to this series Many thanks Russell. I think watercolour is a great medium for the subject Thank you again Denise Always good to hear your thoughts Thank you Paul. I really value your opinion Thanks Jenny. Much as I love it without colour, I do think it adds so much more appeal Thank you Carole. These glasses are absolute treasures. Thank you Fiona. The red of the gin is glorious. I mixed a dark grey and added crimson Thank you George. I really enjoy this subject so much. Thank you Bobbie. I have returned to put more variety in the mid tones which made a difference That’s very kind of you Karen. Such a motivating compliment Thank you David. I love seeing how beautiful rich these deeps can get. Thank you Sylvia. The wet in wet is always the most difficult. Thank you Anne. I was consciously thinking of all the techniques used as I went along. Thank you Martin. Strike while the iron’s hot. It may well blow a fuse again 😂 Val, that’s such a motivating compliment and really appreciated. Thank you Sarah. It’s a subject that I keep returning to. Really enjoy it Thank you Stephen. I certainly keep returning to it Thank you Carole. That black/ crimson I’d glorious thought needs to look transparent too. That’s such a compliment Collette. I value it. Thank you Julie. I’m pleased you like it. Many thanks Spencer. I always appreciate your support. Thank you Mia. I have returned to both to make subtle additions and I’m happy to get them to the framers before I add too much. That’s a hell of a compliment Brian. Much appreciated. That’s a great compliment Ann. The light and sparkle have been lost in previous works. Ha. Lovely Ellen I love it. Thank you David. I love watercolour best when it does its own thing but I haven’t been brave enough with the lost edges ! Thanks again Romila. I really value every comment.

Second one of these beautiful glasses. Again, it’s half imperial sized. This one was far more challenging because of some complex wet in wet work
