Really nice painting Dermot, I like the addition of the working figure and that little flash of red, unobtrusive but gives life to the scene, the cottage just sits so perfectley in its surroundings as they seem to out there, the background trees are really well done with the blending of colours giving depth, nice one.

This is Glenmalure in county Wicklow , this place is something else incredible scenery and beautifully wild , I have traced our family tree back to the 1600s and I had relatives living in Wicklow and still have to this day
