I saw this and immediately thought of Caillebotte's 'Paris, Rainy Day'. I think it's the palette, and the off centre background building, more than anything. I do think you have caught the 'wetness' rather better, even without the umbrellas, you could tell it was raining. The umbrellas, and the bus, do bring an enlivening touch of colour though.
