The sky was the first thing that caught my attention. It's superb. I love the push and pull of the washes, the beautifully wrought reflections and the sense of depth you've created in the painting. Wonderful work, Dermot!

I love everything about this painting, Dermot! The sky is beautiful and the reflections in the water just add to the beauty of the scene. The birds and the figures bring the painting to life.
