Not happy with the finished item, highlights on cheek not right but pleased with on the face profile. The bright light in the window and the colour of the drape helped a lot

I think this has worked very well, Derek. the play of light on the figure and the material behind her makes the painting glow. Sounds like an interesting week with a lot learned by the look of it.
