I agree with Cesare. The sitter has a 'look' and, although I'm not good with w'colours, I think this works Dennis.

I think this is an interesting portrait, Dennis. It has depth and character, and is quite Mona Lisa like in the expression.

This looks a really well painted portrait, problem with portraits a small error even when you can't pinpoint it,really throws it, especially if you're very familiar with the subject.
