This caught my eye straight away! Lovely wistful and ethereal feel to the work - super colours which suit the composition and title. Very nicely done, Debs.

Hi Debs, lovely work, love the colours in this, thought for a moment it was an sp!

That is lovely Debs with the pose and limited palette, suits your style of painting perfectly. Like Thea says, has an ethereal quality to it, beautiful.

Thanks Gudrun, Thea Ros and Val for such nice comments, I'm a real devotee of Victorian angels!

Have to admit it's not really my kind of subject and not sure why I like it so much - but I do. Perhaps its because of the techniques employed or maybe the appealing palette - but whatever it is it really works. Keep 'em coming Debs.

Really original and expressive. Lovely.

Thank you so much Michael and Kim, you've made my day!!!

The abstract effect is great Debs. It has that unfinished look to it too which is very appealing. Well done and thanks for your comment on my SP

Thanks Chris, it's so good to get feedback, don't you think!

Beautiful colours and flowing washes Deb.

Thanks Carole, glad you like it!

Unusual and original Debs, I like the idea of it looking half finished.....adds mystery.

Thanks Fiona, I love a little mystery in a painting.

Hi Debs, cheers for your comment on my pastel dog portrait, Gabby, really pleased you like her so much, I put a lot of effort into her coat and eyes, and it's great to see people agreeing with me that it is a good one, it was her pose in Suzanne's photo that I just had to have a go at, the way the snap was taken looking down onto her face was just too good to miss, bye for now xx

cheers Debs for your super comment on Phoebe the very happy dog, you mentioned your aceo's and how you haven't posted any yet, well I have just added one to pmp website, of Ruth Archers 2 day old foal photo, which was so cute I had to have a quick go!

Lovely use of a loaded paintbrush. Very fresh.

Thanks very much Alix!

Hi Debs thanks so much for your lovely comment on my latest pastel portrait of Suzanna's baby granddaughter Ariana, you can imagine how difficult it was to get that look on her face, really tricky but I was pleased with it in the end, and Suzanna loves it so that's good, bye for now xx

Thanks Debs, for your nice comment on my sunflowers...much appreciated! This piece of yours is really nice...I agree with everyone's comments!
