Here is an acrylic on paper I painted last week from photo references of a Prom concert televised last year. I was struck by the intense concentration of the celllist and the bold, warm colours created by the lighting, and tried to capture these in my work, which was painted on a sheet of acrylic sketch paper and measures about 9"x16".
