This painting captures beautifully the story! I like how great and vast the mountain landscape is and I like how you chose to paint only one skier. Great choice of colors, too!

"Hecher Tour", Schwaz, Tirol, Austria, Watercolour 38x56cm, on Saunders Waterford 640g, rough. Alpine touring or cross county skiing is getting more and more popular in Austria. You go up the mountain with your touring skis and enjoy the exercise as well as the refreshments when you arrive at your destination, here the Hecher Sports-mountain hut. It is located on the mountain called „Kellerjoch“ right above my home town Schwaz. You should try it out!
