A very good setting for this portrait Cesare. The colourful branches do not subtract from your subject as the eyes grab ones attention first. I think you enjoyed painting this one to the very end.

Many thanks John for your kind comments. It was a challenge with myself that took several hours.

The result is a very enjoyable portrait/composition. The girl and the tree both really well painted. Nice.

Like the colours in the branches Cesare.

Lovely Cesare. I particularly like how you have painted her pretty dress.

Thank you Andre, Adele, and Sarah for your kind comments.

I always enjoy seeing your portraits because there is often a story with them as in this one I like the way you have kept the figure the dominant Festure Lovely composition Diana

Brilliant Cesare and your palette is always so beautiful. I also like how you have procured the shadows.

Many thanks Diana and Carole for your kind and generous comments much appreciated.

Complicated compostion, especially in watercolour. The branches and the setting is superb! Her eyes catch you attention.

An interesting composition and super washes Cesare

Many thanks Gudrun and Lynne for your kind comments.
