Alan ..it certainly did! My lovely mum (who is 88) gets the magazine and we were together on Tuesday evening for a painting session. I was flicking through the mag and saw your article and we both decided to "have a go"! I really like the composition and colors. So thank you! And Happy Christmas!

This painting started out with soft pastels, but decided that the colors weren't vibrant enough so used acrylic paint. Then finished off with Lyra Polycolor Pencils for definition. Definitely mixed media this one!
