Thank you so much everyone for your generous comments. For those of you who don’t recognise here, she was a great figure in Play School and is a staunch fighter for children’s’ rights and has a seat in The House of Lords. A very interesting character and was on Sky Arts Portrait of the Week, last Sunday. You can paint along and watch the programme ( number 11) on TV at 3.00 pm but it is also shown live on Facebook. Don’t know who the sitter is tomorrow but it’s sometimes very entertaining and well worth watching.
