These are so beautiful....I love Jerseys, was brought up with them...we had the smallest accredited herd in the book on the Fylde coast...this was 1939, when we went to war, I was terrified the Germans would come over the water and commandeer our Jenny, who was the first, she started off the ensuing calves and their progeny. I was 7 years old at the time, and I remember crying at the news on the BBC when France was invaded and all their farms and produce were taken over by the troops.
