Really like your palate. Haven't used pastel card. Is it better than pastel paper?

Thanks for the visit and comment John. I suppose it's each to his own. I like card, my preference is Clairefontaine pastelmat; however I do like, on the odd occasion, Ingres paper. best Mick

Agree with others this is a lovely pastel scene Mick, an idyllic view to render in the medium, great colours, everything comes together really well

It's your composition, use of colours, the way you have drawn the house that really attracts me to this one. It's full of energy.
