Lovely composition.

Lovely colours too.

Thank you for your comments but as the photograph used was taken by John McCombs I can't claim all the credit! I have altered the composition a little and have differentiated the tree colours more than a photograph usually shows. I also made the willow herb more pink, i.e. younger and added some yellows and oranges in the foreground. If you have the magazine still you will see that John's interpretations were much more daring than mine.

This is full of the life in the hedgerows of the countryside Bernice and your choice of colours make is work beautifully
