This is lovely too, I especially like the apple on the left, lovely tones, hard to believe you did that with so few colours! Did you use them wet or dry, or both?

Thanks Abigail With the paddling pool child I used wet on the grass and background and hair and boots. I wasn't happy with the navy blue when wet it turned more turquoise. It was very difficult and frustrating especially the blue over the yellow when dry turning into green, but it was a fun challenge. Its great to share -art can be a lonely pursuit . With the apples I only used wet on the mushrooms and pure colour only :lemon and red.

Thanks for the info :) I'm tempted to enter just for the fun of it but have never used wc pencils before, do you have to stretch the paper? I did a wc under wash on my last cp drawing and it buckled badly. That blue you mentioned it very odd isn't it, I found it strange that another blue was included over a white which would've been much more useful!
