Derwent Drawing on Canford Raven

You have so many self portraits on the site that it is a wonder you can walk down the street without being recognised?

I live in a relatively unpopulous area and rarely go to big towns or cities...

A comment on the work might be more useful. One of your better ones. I think the black paper is an excellent backdrop, allowing the colours to glow. Hope you use it again. Real depth and shape to this, helped by the careful use of the shadows. Minimal work on the hair, so it doesn't distract, but adds to the overall image. A very honest self portrait. Well done.
