Saw the finished version first, and indeed you have used a different blue - good, change as good as a rest, etc...

I'm throwing almost everything in The Big Box Of Acrylics at this scene of a modern merchant ship in Poole Harbour. Not literally, but the free sample of red spray paint came out to play for the first time, and I'm using some of my lesser used colours (coeruleum blue hue, phthalo *green*, cadmium orange hue). So far, I have used colour shapers, brushes, knives and fingers to apply the paint... ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I think I'll put more solid colour on next, much as I did in the lower left image (#3). ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I'm aiming at a "modern" interpretation, but I'm not entirely sure where it'll end up.
