Wonderful windmill and buildings with the background giving great depth. Again great use of a limited palette. A lovely scene beautifully painted.

I wish I could paint like this again, not as well but not poss now. I also wish I could write words such as Andre. My simple means of expressing my thoughts on the gallery will have to do but I mean well A totally agree with Andre.

The tinted paper gives a lovely but atmosphere to this scene Alan. Interesting that there are less buildings around the mill than when Roland Hilder sketched the scene. As seen in my copy.
