Beautiful colours in this oil painting AD lovely shadows as well, gorgeous tree's and hedgerows as well, and a lovely blue sky, almost forgotten what one of those is!

This road leads to the small village of Paxton, the roofs of which can be seen across the fields. It was the end of summer and the leaves had started to change. The morning sun threw interesting shadows across the lane and the decorative gate posts of Scottish estates (In this case |Paxton) can be seen in the lower corner.
