I find an easel quite restrictive, I like to move my work about as I paint.

Not for watercolours, I use a thick board on my table, propped up with coasters or my pencil roll or something. I do have an easel that I use for acrylics and I'll probably try using it this summer for watercolours as I have a garden I can paint in now. Kay M
