I recently bought some Rowney pastels, the grey (16) selection, then I found some of the colours in an old Kit-Kat tin, must be at least 30 years old. The new tints are considerably lighter than the old, I wonder, could this be age (a bit disturbing for old paintings) or have D-R changed the mix, making them cheaper?bestMick
