Thanks, Tessa. There's always a greedy one :)
interestingly - this was my attempt at a similar challenge set by my A-Level art teacher 44 years ago! - Corfe Castle- 4 different styles - I remember it well and obviously was proud enough of it to have it framed. A search through the loft revealed it packed in bubble wrap from our last house move 10 years ago. Now for the real challenge - start another set. And thank you for the memory jog !
All finished, ink brush pens, graphite pencils, watercolour, gouache and acrylic. Enjoyed this challenge looking forward to choosing another subject !!!
Fabulous work being posted, well done to everyone. Linda, just love the humour within your work, and well presented.

Marvelous work, everybody.
This Chinese brush work isn't as easy as it looks, when viewed in the hands of the masters, and the script is going to be even more difficult to get the hang of-

Wonderful, Jenny. They look so good together.
Each a lovely tranquil scene, Jen. They would make lovely cards. It's a bit of a Payne's Grey day here too, Alan. A good analogy, and one I'll be using :)
Great subject for this time of year, Jives, the first reminds me of the end of the day when the evening sun disperses an image, and the second the brightness of the afternoon. Lovely work.

Very nice Jives, two completely different styles. Linda
