It's easy to lose heart but there are several things that do make me feel good about my work. One of these is to see, or receive a photo of, my work after it has been hung in location by the purchaser. To see that someone likes it enough to want to live with it in their private space is a real uplift.

Thanks, Michael and Lew. I too agree with the thoughts mentioned about the judges on the painting challenge shows, how boring if all the contestants produced the same type of work, the judges interfere unnecessarily, as the saying goes 'too many cooks'
