Just to let you all know that the 13 winning paintings in last year's anniversary painting competitions will be published in the April issue of Leisure Painter. Don't miss your copy - they are in the store now and in the shops next Friday!

My head will remain drooping, I thank you: you young people with these modern expressions! Congratulations to all winners, who are not to assume that one is in the slightest bit jealous - but as, so far as I remember, I didn't enter any of the competitions (so far as I remember is a phrase with a wealth of implications...) I cannot really be envious.

Or better still ..support the POL by subscribing to a regular Liesure Painter magazine or the Artist mag. It wont break the bank , you dont have to get both.....Syd. 😀😋
