I have finished my website and found a reasonable hosting package. I couldn't register the domain name of anncochrane.co.uk as it has already been taken by a sculptor in Hampshire. At least it was another artist. I have registered myself as artbyanncochrane.co.uk so as this is also the title of my website I'm pretty pleased with that. The next step is to start doing loads of paintings to add to my gallery. We are going to the National Gallery on Saturday (weather permitting) to see the exhibition by Ed and Nancy Kienholz. It looks interesting, not paintings but models of the red light district in Amsterdam. We might visit the photography exhibition in the National Portrait Gallery if there is time. I will report whether or not we enjoyed it.
