Came out to Australia back in 56,under contract as a Deck Officer in the Merchant Navy. When I retired some 20 years ago I took up painting as a hobby and for many years used to sell at all the local craft markets where I made many friends.Occasionally I put paintings into various exibitions with varied success. I am basically self taught but still find a lot of satisfaction in painting as a hobby and for the last six years have put all my work on Ebay as I found it too hard to get to the markets.
