Just watched the vid we took of the Culture Show, the Hockney exhibition at the RA. Excellent stuff and I feel a little peeved that I don't believe I will recovered enough to make the trip down to the RA to see it in real life. I think that Andrew Marr was somewhat insulting, saying that Hockney was competting with some of the greats, implying that Hockney isn't one of them. And I found it rather disconcerting that he had the habit of looking away and letting his attention wander when Hockney was speaking, very rude.
