This is an attractive image, but challenging to paint, especially in watercolour!
I expect to enjoy it, but know it will stretch my powers of technique and concentration.
This is not a subject which suggests starting with an overall wash. Rather it requires a methodical top to bottom approach. The paint should mostly be a strong mix, and perylene green will be used a lot! The highlights on each of the limes should have soft edges, and not be quite as bright as the white of the paper. If you lose them they can be recaptured by lifting out with a stiff chisel brush.
