Jenny Harris has been selected as the winning artist in June's The Artist 90th anniversary challenge for her collage, Rendezvous, see below.

Each month we are inviting entries on a theme inspired by a key event of 1931, the year which saw the launch of the magazine.

In June 1931, Salvador Dalí opened his second solo exhibition at the Pierre Colle Gallery in Paris and we invited you to be inspired by the Surrealists and paint from your imagination.

We loved Jenny's clever placement of the elements in her surreal beach scene.
