I could not stand the programme or the presenters and I have not seen any other paintings, if this is the winner the others can’t be up to much. The painting might be good but please the composition, it looks like two pictures glued together. She should have moved a few yards to the left or even to the right and lost the house. I have painted some terrible pictures in my life but I do know what makes a pleasing picture and I’m sorry, for me this is not one. If you were compelled to take that position to paint it makes the organisers even worse than I thought and they have no idea about art. Art should be something you enjoy and not a compulsory task. Sorry but just my thoughts. Ray K
