For the 10th year, ART MATERIALS LIVE will be running at the NEC in Birmingham, from Thursday 5 to Sunday 8 November 2015 as part of the Hobbycrafts show, the creative crafts extravaganza in the UK. This year they are working to build on the successful formula developed from previous events and would like to encourage and support colleges, groups and collaborations more than ever.

As part of the show Art Materials Live will be arranging a special Feature Display of art work from colleges, groups and collaborations and would be delighted if your college/group/collaboration joined in.

The show takes place from Thursday through to Sunday, set-up time will be on Wednesday from 11:00 am and collection is on the Sunday after the show has closed at 5.00pm. Over 40,000 people are expected to visit the show, so the work will be on view to a wide audience and provides a splendid opportunity for people to see your work and promote your college/ group/collaboration.

Colleges/groups/collaborations will be allocated a display area of a 2m x 1m (4m of display walling). It will have an alcove of grey walling with a fascia across the front to display your college/group/collaboration name. Also provided will be a black table to display any promotional material. Each exhibit will be displayed with a card, which would feature your college/group/collaboration name and the contributor’s name (the blank cards will be forwarded to you prior to the show for you to fill in the names).

Each day five named helpers from your group will be given a pass to enter the show free-of-charge. These passes will be available on registration at the show office on the specified day. A form will be sent to you before the show to submit these names, along with all the necessary information.
