Ten UK Art Clubs will feature in an exhibition at Patchings Art Centre from October 13 to November 11, where one club will be named Art Club of the Year 2018.

Art clubs and societies were invited to submit five works from members of their group to reflect the nature of the club, along with a profile and history. From these entries the following ten clubs were selected for exhibition:

• Tadworth Art Group
• Wareham Art Club
• Horncastle Art Group
• Hallam Art Group
• Huddersfield Art Society
• Croydon Art Society
• Pinner Art Club
• Bournemouth Bay Art Club
• Hornsea Art Society
• Menston Arts Club

Guest judge and artist, Hazel Soan, will select one group to be named Art Club of the Year 2018 who will receive £500 worth of Jackson’s Art Supplies art materials vouchers, a sponsored demonstration at the selected club venue by a professional art tutor and a profile about the club published in our magazines, online at PaintersOnline and through our social media channels, as well as two runners-up who will each receive £250 worth of Jackson’s art materials vouchers. There will also be an opportunity for visitors to the exhibition to vote for their favourite club to win the People's Choice Award of £100 worth of Jackson’s art materials vouchers.
