Just a quick thought; you've gone to town on the whiskers on this mog, but they stop short or disappear to her right (our left) side, which suggests to me that a lot of this drawing has come from your imagination. Take a look at the real critter, and you'll find that while the whiskers against the dark appear as white, those against the light appear as black, or at least as dark. The danger in not representing them as such is that they appear unbalanced. A few touches with the black pencil, very sharp, would correct this impression, although I also think the very strong white whiskers, especially over the cat's right eye, are a little too prominent.

I can see what you are saying but..I wish I could post the picture I drew it from. You'll see that your arguments are not all true.
