Glad you like the painting Ruthy. Mission Creek has many wonderful painting opportunities so I intend to do a series of paintings along the creek. It's a question of getting the right light conditions as many views are lined with trees which tend to block out the light unless you get just the right time of day. Thanks for your comment.....Tony

This 8 inches by 11 inches watercolour painting was completed in August of 2008 (just before the Fall colours came into view). The water of the creek justified a Prussian Blue highlight. Mission Creek is part of a Greenway which is over 17 km in length. Great walks and quiet spots for working on sketches.
