Power Cables.

Like it Tessa, makes a change as people normally leave the cables out.

Nice perspective Tessa.

I’m a fan of power lines and cables Tessa, they are like quiet sentinels across the countryside....waiting for something.......like it.

Unusual sketch Tessa and a good exercise in perspective.

Lots of action in your mark making Tessa, a bit like the Yorkshire artist Ashley Jackson he never left out Telegraph poles he believed they were part of the landscape. Great pen work, nice one.

A great sketch, Tessa.

Thanks Dixie, it was the power cables that attracted me to this. Thanks Linda, Carole and Fiona, I think the cables define the perspective and make the scene. Thank you Malcolm and Mia, I’ll have to look up Ashley Jackson, sounds interesting. That’s one of the things I love about POL, it introduces you to artists you’re unfamiliar with.

Inspiration is difficult to drum up at times Tessa, well done for getting out and about safely!

Love the movement in this sketch Tessa

Thanks Alan and Hilary.

Love the mix of pen and brush pen - worked really well, Tessa.
