Thank you David, Heather, Paul and David for your kind comments. I enjoyed painting this Robin. I'm now getting better each time. Painting of birds is a new pastime for me and it requires considerable patience and skill, both of which i am learning. Feathers are the main worry.

A robin with a few cherries on a branch. Original photograph actually has snow on the branch but with a white ground, i decided to leave it out. Watercolour on paper.
