Thank you all so much for your kind comments - I really appreciate them. Denise - I showed my neighbour the work in progress - I got an 'ooh' which I hoped was positive!! They haven't seen the finished article yet though!

Oil on board 8 x 10". From my upstairs window - their garden is a lot tidier than mine, and they always have a nice show of camellias so thought I would paint them before the flowers finally fell off!
