Oil on 24x16 stretched canvas using palette knives. This painting is loosely based on a watercolour I painted some time ago. I had an idea to produce a fairly impressionistic painting of gulls heading out to sea. The painting isn’t too far away from what I imagined so I’m pleased with the outcome.
