Really like this whole series of painting

I think you can be pleased with this one Rupert. Fabulous draughtsmanship and I love the cool blues.

14 x 22 inches watercolour and pencil on Bockingford rough paper. I started this yesterday in the ruins of Coventry Cathedral but was unable to finish when the tourists were turfed out at closing time. I went back today and did finish it. Sunlight and shadows have a way of breaking up the appearance of solid forms making it quite hard to tell what is what. My challenge here was to prevent that from happening.
