Lovely light composition and colour Roger

Love the detail of the snail (we have had that one on the challenges, haven't we?). A beautiful glowing painting - rich in ochres and earth colours. Just lovely.

Attractive painting Roger, glowing colour and shadows.

The bees theme, fun as it was, has run its natural course from wax to wane, at least for me. Thank you for all the tolerance and humour in your comments but now back to nermal. This was a struggle...lighting, composition and worst of all, motivation. Ayrton Snail was a willing participant with the promise that he/she.. ( don't hermaphrodites make you feel uber normal?) ...could eat all as much as it wanted. I don't like squashes anyway! Oil on Canvas...40cm x 30cm
