The first painting...I don't know if it happens now but art school provided us with basic tools...a few paints and cheap sketch book. If the objects in this still life look dated, it's a sign of that era. I'm still hoping that some of you have examples of your first forays into this compulsive visual world. As crude as they may be, they are still relevant in marking the beginning if only as a reminder to show how far we have come. Poster paint on paper.
