Juvenile Blue Tit

Juvenile Blue Tit

Great shot and painting, John.

These little birds are a popular subject, it makes a welcome change to see one in flight. I also like compositions where the image is filled with the subject. I think you were right to omit the bee, it's perfect as it is.

Beautiful little bird, well captured John. Perfect as it is.

Lovely little bird and well captured, John. Both on camera and canvas.

Great photo great painting John the bee would have stolen some of the limelight and probably unbalanced the composition John so I think you did the right thing

Not often the bird captured in motion. Wonderfully painted.

Great action painting of this lovely little bird.

Thank you Jennifer, Michael, Lewis, Carole, Ellen, Dennis, Andre, Sandra and Dennis. Your feedback is very much appreciated.

This is terrific John, you were lucky to catch that on camera. To bee or not to bee that is the question. I think not!

Thank you for your comment Margaret. I would rather think it was my persistence that got me there.

Lovely action shot John, I like how you have caught the sweep of it’s wings.

Love the detail in the wings, you really have captured the flight well, 😃

Thank you Fiona and Linda. Your feedback is very welcome.

Beautifully detailed John, lovely little face.

Hang on Studio Wall

Oil on canvas box frame 8x8 inches. I used to spent many an hour trying to get action shots like this one. Some times you get the rewards. This little one only one or two days out of the nest. Actually there was a bee in my photograph just on the left of the birds tail. May be I should have included it.
