Brill. You can see the speed.

Great action shot John, I like the soft focus background too.

Brilliant John. Love the movement in this.

You were lucky to get a photo at all. The are gone as soon as you look at them. We have started putting meal worms out for them and the robins, who feed from the ground, but still haven't got a shot! I like the sense of movement.

This is like one of those BBC nature programmes slow motion shots, very effective and skilfully done.

Thank you Peter, Fiona, Pete, Linda, and Stephen. Your comments are appreciated.

love your birds John always full of life and movement the foliage is well done too gold star sir

A beautiful little wren John, love the wing movement.

great painting

Caught the action John. That's clever.

The beautiful 'jenny wren' captured in all her glory - great work John

Thank you David, Anne, Carole, Michael, and Russell. Your comments are very much appreciated.

This is super John, lovely little wren.

This is a high speed study, were the medium oil mostly suggests slowliness, I like your birds John.

oil on Board, size 8x6 inches. A wren was collecting moss from a pot in the garden. The reference photos I got were very blurred. So I am pleased with the painting.
