Thank you for your wonderful comments, they are very encouraging and much appreciated. <br />This is the first time that I have painted flowers. I am currently looking for more subjects but the current lack of sunshine in England is delaying things a little.

I saw these lovely miniature sun flowers for sale in a local market and noticed and in particular the water droplets which glistened in the sunshine. I took a couple of quick photographs on my phone. A few days later I painted my version of them in acrylic. (Size A3 on 300gsm cold press watercolour paper) SOLD
