Excellent painting Denise , not a particularly easy subject but you have nailed it. The barge is well drawn and painted and looks good , the sky and reflections in the water are beautifully painted. The water has that slow looking movement that you get on a canal , another successful painting to tuck into your gallery.

My friend ask if I would paint them a Narrow boat. I said, I'll give it a go. I sketched some yesterday. This is my first try at painting one. I will paint a few to get some practice so I can do a reasonable one for them, which hopefully they will like.
