Birch Painting.1

Excellent painting Denise, the colours of the trees is superb as are the background colours.

Denise, I think you should change your name to Impressive Painter!

This is great, Denise, and I love the title too.

Lovely painting Denise. I agree, definitely an impressive painter!

Thank you Paul, Diane, Mia and Linda you are all very kind, I appreciate your comments very much.

This is lovely Denise, excellent mark making and letting the background colour show through as highlights works well. Look forward to seeing your acrylic version.

Its hard to believe you have been painting for such a short time, you really are good!!

Really like this Denise.

The negative darks in your painting really make those birch trees stand out Denise.

Lots to like here

Love the way you’ve made the trees almost human and your humorous title. Great palette, shapes and composition.

Thanks Barry, Linda, Katy, Frank, Heather and Carole for all your encouraging remarks.

What a smasher Denise! Your birch trees stand out wonderfully against the darker shadows of the wood, it has an all over loose approach which is very appealing.

Beautifully done Denise.

Thanks Fiona and Carole. Comments much appreciated.

I really like this, it's got great texture and is very well painted. Well done.

I have had a go at doing Birch tree's today. Just finished. It's a watercolour. I might try some birch in acrylic for the rest of the evening.
