I remember seeing this before Michele and your pastel is equally as good. What a ridiculously difficult subject! I’m sure most of us would struggle big time with this but you have it spot on. Well done again.

This is amazing. You must love a challenge!!!!

Great painting. Whenever you paint this staircase your lines are always so crisp and sharp. Can I ask which pastels/pencils you use?

Fabulous pastel, Michele. An extremely difficult subject.

Tessa is spot on ... tricky, tricky, tricky but you have pulled it off brilliantly!

Thank you so much Tessa it certainly is a challenge I love returning to!

Thank you Jean! I certainly do!

Thank you so much Christine - I use all the pastel pencils brand but mainly Stabilo, Faber Castell and Carandache and Derwent!

Many thanks Ellen I find it tricky but so rewarding!

Thank you so much Heather I appreciate it!

Love all your paintings of these beautiful spiral steps - I especially like that lovely blue background.

Thank you Carolyn!

Thank you Jenny - I too love the optimism of the blue!

Very nice Michele

I love this subject and all the different views you have painted of this structure and staircase. I can almost hear the steps on the wrought-iron. Just brilliant.

Thank you so much Mack - that's very kind of you!
