Looks good - I recognised it from the tutorial in the catalogue!

Looks lovely! What a great tutorial!

It certainly has worked well, Michael. Amazing how the brightness of the white paper is intensified by the strong shadows and distant trees.

Very good sheep and a Winter scene Michael, like it a lot

Lovely sheep I feel the coldness

Really gorgeous work, Michael - great composition, light and atmosphere. The sheep are irresistible!

This works really well.

The sheep are very good, Michael and look quite at home in the lovely winter background!

I like this very much Michael……my favourite palette, great sheepses, which are beautifully modelled. To top it all, a very good painting for this years, you know what, card.

Nice painting

This is really so good.

Very good work Michael, the sheep are super.

A lovely, soft scene captured so well. Love it!

Glad you like this snowy scene. I have since titivated it a little and removed that narrow white strip separating the two foreground sheep. Thank you for your very nice comments Emma, David, Marjorie, Heather, Faye, Seok, Christine, David, Anne, Fiona, Jon, Denise, Stephen & Jennifer.

Excellent watercolour Michael

On the inside of the envelope containing the latest Ken Bromley Artist catalogue was a pleasant surprise - a step by step tutorial by Paul Weaver on painting sheep in a winter scene. I have always baulked at painting farm animals but thought I would have a go. This is the result; I added one extra sheep and was surprised that it turned out quite well. Thank you Paul Weaver!
