Blue trawlers Chioggia Italy

A real sense of distance. Great.

Beautifully painted

Lovely work, Michael.

This is super Michael, you have made it look effortless. I like the limited palette very much.

Stephen Anne Heather Maureen & Fiona - I’m pleased this one appeals to you - I enjoyed painting it. I wish it was effortless Fiona! The boats started to get a bit messy so I stopped trying to add more detail. Funnily enough, the water squiggles are more difficult to paint than one thinks; people like Edward Wesson were master ‘sqigglers’ so I am trying to master the knack.

Crikey, this is excellent. Less is definitely more.

Glad you like it Paul. Thank you.

Beautiful work, Michael. I like Chioggia because it is my birth place.

Thank you Gudrun & Cesare. I doubt you can recognise your home town Cesare from my very faint background!
